Water around the tank: what needs assessing?

Hot-water tank diagnosis and service-call fee
A hot-water tank service call is $149.99 plus 5% GST for assessment of an existing problem. The fee remains payable if you decline the repair. This is separate from the free replacement estimate described below.
If the serviced tank is found to need replacement, the service-call fee is credited when High Demand Heating completes the replacement. The assessment distinguishes a repairable fault from a tank that needs replacing before you choose the next step.
Getting a replacement estimate
Replacement estimates are free, and the recycling fee is included in the replacement quote. Installation requirements and the final price depend on the assessed scope. Ask us to confirm which work and costs your quote includes.
