Furnace not working: what happens next?
A furnace that will not start, a fan blowing without warm air and a furnace that stops before the home warms up need different checks. Tell us which pattern you notice and whether every room is affected. The technician reviews the operating sequence and system condition before explaining the repair options.
A troubleshooting booking covers diagnosis and a possible simple fix. It does not automatically include maintenance. If you want routine cleaning and maintenance, request a maintenance booking so the visit is prepared for that work.

Furnace service-call fee and repair approval
The furnace service-call fee is $149.99 plus 5% GST. The fee remains payable if you decline the repair.
Additional furnace repairs are charged at $130 per hour for labour, plus parts; 5% GST applies to both. The technician must get your approval of the price and work before doing extras. If a part needs to be sourced, there is no second service-call fee when we return with that part for the same furnace repair.
If the serviced furnace is found to need replacement, the service-call fee is credited when High Demand Heating completes the replacement.
Furnace replacement and installation in Maple Ridge

Share previous service records and any recurring comfort concerns when booking. If the furnace has stopped heating, describe the fault so the office can arrange troubleshooting rather than assume it is a routine maintenance visit.
